  • How does your pick-up and delivery service work?

    1. Click on "Schedule Pick-up".

    2. Create an account for delivery. 

    3.Choose your pick-up and delivery day and time. 

    4.Payment for delivery.

    5.A driver from Uber Eats or DoorDash will pick up your clothes and bring them to the store.

    6.Attendant will weigh the clothes and get the finalized price and you will be notified on the price.

    7.Clothes will be cleaned, dried, folded and bagged. 

    8. You will get a notification through text when the order is done and a driver will deliver the clothes back to your home.

  • What are your payment options?

    Our machines only take in-store card, credit card/debit, Apple Pay, or by app. 


    We have a kiosk that will take cash/coins and put it on your personal in-store card. 

  • How long does it take to get my laundry back?

    For Self-Service, washer times average at  a range of 24-32 minutes and the average for dryers is around 28-32 minutes. Total time is about an hour. 


    For Wash and Fold, it will be next day pick-up. If you are asking for same day pick-up, we are asking for a minimum of 5 hours to complete it. For both scenarios, it may be sooner and you will get a notification on your phone to pick up your clothes. 


    For Pick-up and Delivery, it will be next day, but you will choose the date and time that fits your schedule. 



  • Do you use eco-friendly detergents?

    We use and sell two homemade laundry powder.


    1. Zote laundry soap bar, Borax, Arm and Hammer washing soda 


    2. Zote laundry bar, Kosher salt, Arm and Hammer washing soda


    For fabric softener, we use white vinegar. 

  • What if I have special washing instructions for my clothes?

    Let the attendant know of special instructions and they will make sure to add it to the instructions of the order.


  • Can I drop off my clothes for Wash and Fold but have it delivered back to my home?

    When order is complete for Wash and Fold, you will get a text saying it is done and will have the option to have it delivered to your home.
